We stand behind Cervio™ completely. If you don't experience a meaningful improvement in your sleep or neck pain within 30 nights of receiving your pillow, we will refund you in full. No questions. No forms. No hassle.

Email us at mrkushbusiness@gmail.com within 30 nights of receiving your order. Include your order number in the subject line. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days of receiving your request.

If your pillow arrives damaged or defective, email us at mrkushbusiness@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost.

You do not need to return the pillow to receive your refund. We trust our customers.
